0954662906 2018-05-31 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2918. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well and tank battery remained drivable and stable through a metal recycler. A chain-link fence enclosure was present around the well head. No identification was present. The 8.625 well head was at grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with #2-2917 and #2-2919. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. A locked chain-link fence enclosure with correct identification was present on top of the dike. Equipment on location consisted of one (2) vertical separators and two (2) steel production tanks. The separators remained in good repair. One meter box was present. The production tanks remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. I will contact the operator to request the posting of identification at the well head.
