-1917026621 2020-5-27 0:00: PW No Violations 1.30
0141043925 2019-03-11 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I found the pad gated with signage at the entrance, and an Emergency Shutdown (ESD) prior to the gate. There are (3) wells setup to be produced by a plunger lift system, (1) gas processing unit, (4) 400-barrel steel production tanks within polymer-lined steel containment. Concrete barriers surround the perimeter of the wellheads. Each well has identification and annular pressure monitoring devices equipped. The 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing has a pressure of 0 pounds per square inch (psi), and the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing has a pressure of 0 psi.
1407486349 2014-08-08 Casing String Witnessed No Violations 08/08/14 Patterson rig 480 is now on the hole and has drilled a 17.5 x 357 surface borehole and ran 357 of 13.375 casing with Stingray cement services on location to cement the casing using 462 sacks of class A 2% calcium 1/4pps flake cement with 50% open hole cement excess ran.
1407810768 2014-08-11 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection of the drilling process found Patterson rig # 480 drilling out the casing shoe on the 9.625 1st intermediate well bore casing string, the company will then conduct a formation integrity test (FIT) test.
1408336024 2014-08-18 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection on the drilling process found Patterson Rig 480 on location drilling the 8.5 diameter production borehole in the horizontal well bore section at a depth of 11,174 with a 11.20# mud weight and 2,178 units of 3rd party gas influx.
1408474108 2014-08-19 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection on the drilling process found the current drilling depth to be 13,064 in the horizontal well bore section with a current directional azimuth of 333.73 degrees and true vertical depth of 9,517.51.
141043925 2019-3-11 0:00: PW No Violations
1441205005 2015-09-02 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration status check inspection found the well stimulation & completion process completed and the well now in production with a gas processing unit on location supporting the well. At the production fluid storage facility a total of 4-400 barrel production tanks are present inside a polymer lined metal dike area. There is currently a total of 3 active wells on this pad. Addressing the restoration- adequate vegetation and erosion control is in place in the affected area by the well site construction. Also noted annular pressure gauges are present on the well head.
1810599465 2014-08-07 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection found Patterson rig 480 on location preparing to spud the surface borehole.
