0261967205 2015-01-18 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection of the well stimulation process found Stingray Pressure Pumping service on location preparing to stimulate stage 22 of 25 stages to be stimulated with the annular pressure being monitored electronically. The wireline services on location is Nine Energy. 3 wells total on this location is being stimulated simultaneously.
0271933622 2015-09-02 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration status check inspection found the well stimulation & completion process completed and the well now in production with a gas processing unit on location supporting the well. At the production fluid storage facility a total of 4-400 barrel production tanks are present inside a polymer lined metal dike area. There is currently a total of 3 active wells on this pad. Addressing the restoration- adequate vegetation and erosion control is in place in the affected area by the well site construction. Also noted annular pressure gauges are present on the well head.
0616658062 2019-03-11 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I found the pad gated with signage at the entrance, and an Emergency Shutdown (ESD) prior to the gate. There are (3) wells setup to be produced by a plunger lift system, (1) gas processing unit, (4) 400-barrel steel production tanks within polymer-lined steel containment. Concrete barriers surround the perimeter of the wellheads. Each well has identification and annular pressure monitoring devices equipped. The 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing has a pressure of 100 pounds per square inch (psi), and the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing has a pressure of 220 psi.
0994929744 2014-06-07 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Rocky Mountain Drilling Inc. drilled a 32 inch diameter hole to the depth of 110 feet and ran 110 feet of 26 inch 102.63#/ft. conductor pipe. Stingray Cementing was on site and gained circulation with 43bbls of fresh water. Stingray pumped 15bbls of gel, 10bbls of fresh water and cemented pipe with 271 sacks of class A cement. Good returns of 14bbls and cement stayed surface.
1409033786 2014-08-26 Casing String Witnessed No Violations 08/26/2014 Patterson rig 480 is now on the hole and has dilled a 17.5 x 356 surface borehole and Stingray cement services is on location to cement the casing using 475 sacks of class A cement with 8 barrels of good cement returns to surface and the casing pressure tested to 600 psi upon the landing of the plug.
1409835227 2014-09-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection on the drilling process found Patterson rig 480 on location and the vertical 8.750 well bore drilling section complete and the company has pulled out of the hole with the drill string to change over and pick up their 8.5 directional drilling tools to begin drilling the horizontal well bore section, the hole was loaded with 11.4# drilling mud prior to pulling the drill string.
1410193428 2014-09-08 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection on the drilling process found Patterson Drilling rig # 480 on location drilling the production borehole at a depth of 14,360 with a current directional azimuth of 331.21 degrees using 11.5# drilling mud.
1410606273 2014-09-12 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Status check inspection of the well bore completion process found Patterson rig 480 has completed the drilling process reaching 16,426 in the 8.5horizontal well bore section with 16,423 of 5.5 23# production casing ran and set. Stingray Cement services are on location to cement the casing with a 1,397 sack class H lead and 1,895 sack class H tail cement mix to be ran, a 30 and 50 barrel well bore conditioning pre- flush was ran ahead of the cement job.
2084423808 2014-09-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection found Sidewinder Drilling rig 121 on location and the total well bore drilling depth has been reached at 17,806 with a directional azimuth of 328.24 degrees and true vertical depth of 9,581, the company is working the 5.5 production casing to bottom at a depth of 16,866 at the time of my inspection.
