1546011141 2017-07-19 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 5 inch diameter casing, and 2 inch diameter tubing. The 2 inch diameter tubing had an open valve and a gauge present reading 175 pounds per square inch. Production equipment consisted of one drip. A 1 inch diameter steel gas line was attached to the drip with an open valve, a little joe regulator, and a gauge reading 20 pounds per square inch. The well was equipped in a manner in which appears to be producing gas for domestic use. Identification was not found.
