0431800550 2018-09-20 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. The well was equipped with a Cameron production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present and evaluated. The production equipment consisted of three sand traps, three gas production units, one horizontal heater treater, one indirect line heater, six 400-barrel tanks, one horizontal vent scrubber, and one combustor. The identification stated CNX Gas Company. Ascent will have 60 days after the transfer date to post identification.
0689556487 2013-11-19 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The well site meets the preliminary restoration criteria.
1356359631 2012-12-23 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am on site to witness cementing operations. The operator ran 310 of 20 casing and cemented it in place with class A cement. I witnessed good returns to surface.
1360048777 2013-02-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the Cal-frac is on site to cement 6862 of 9.625. The first stage of the job is done.
1364405728 2013-03-22 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds that 13932 of 5.5 casing has been cemented in place by Cal-Frac. I picked up cement records and tally.
1665139097 2017-08-24 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. The well was equipped with a Cameron production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. A gauge reads 0 pounds per square inch on the annulus between the 5.5 inch diameter production casing and the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing. A gauge reads 0 pounds per square inch on the annulus between the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing and the 13.375 inch diameter intermediate casing. The production equipment consisted of six 400 barrel tanks within steel line containment. A vapor recovery system to capture tank vapors consisted of one vent scrubber and one combustor. Three sand traps, three gas production units, one horizontal heater treater, and one indirect line heater were located on the east side of the pad. The identification was located at the wellhead.
1827755522 2013-02-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds that cal frac is on site to cement the 9.625 casing. I am on site to attend the safety meeting and review the job proposal.
1897795338 2012-11-29 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On site to witness cementing of 30 conductor pipe Express Energy was drilling contractor and they drill 42 hole to 100 and ran 100 of 30 casing and cemented it in place with 520 sacks of Class A cement with cement to surface.
1917860032 2017-01-23 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection today is a status check on a producing well. There are three wells on this pad and the pad is named NBL 11. During my inspection the well is equipped with a production tree style wellhead. The production equipment for this well consists of eight 400 barrel tanks within containment, three gas processing units, one vertical heater treater, and one fire tube reboiler. The vapor recovery system consists of one horizontal separator and one combustor. The production records are current, the identification is located by the wellhead, and there are no violations present.
