0223738586 2018-11-26 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875-inch diameter tubing equipped with a plunger lift system. At the time of my inspection annular pressure monitoring was in place, and the 13.375-inch diameter casing had 180 pounds per square inch, the 9.625-inch diameter casing had 0 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Gas Processing Unit, as well as 8- 400-barrel steel production fluid tanks, and 2 combustors that were shared with the other producing wells on the pad. There was secondary containment around the production fluid tanks, and the Gas Processing Units. The well pad was contained within an earthen dike, there were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location. There was a midstream valve site near located to the south of the pad. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.
0244048604 2013-10-21 Casing String Witnessed No Violations My inspection today finds the rig ran 13.375 casing to 1869. Allied cemented the casing in place with 1592 sks of class A cement with 2% floseal.
0266665216 2016-05-18 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped in a manner consistent with being capable of production. The production valves are open. The tank battery consists of eight 400 barrel tanks set in a plastic lined steel containment system. Antero personnel Zac Cornish and Josh Horn are on location. I am accompanied by a number of division staff.
0596434982 2014-03-03 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection finds the rig is drilling a 8.5 hole at 15380. Inspection of the site found no violations.
0664341020 2014-01-21 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the rig is currently drilling an 8.5 hole at a depth of 7515.
0698828612 2017-12-27 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. Pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consisted of eight 400 barrel tanks within steel line containment, three gas production units, one vapor recovery tower, two compressors, one vent scrubber, and two combustors. The identification was located at the wellhead.
0801559389 2014-01-31 Casing String Witnessed No Violations My inspection finds the Franks is running casing with Patterson rig 316. The current depth is 8224. The rig is experiencing mud weight loss due to excessive gas, they are circulating 13 pound mud to ensure well control.
1170461646 2013-10-07 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the 26 casing has been cemented in place. The cellar has been covered for safety.
1313369788 2014-03-10 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I received an e-mail from the company representative stating that they are rigging down and preparing to leave the county.
1435925854 2014-11-05 Preliminary Restoration No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped with tubing and is produced by open flow through a choke. The tank battery is comprised of eight 400 barrel tanks located in a steel framed and plastic lined containment. The well site meets preliminary restoration requirements.
1544066039 2014-02-26 Casing String Witnessed No Violations My inspection finds Patterson Drilling ran 6656 of N-80 9.625 casing. Allied cemented the casing in place with 913 sks of Featherweight cement and 202 sks of Class A cement.
