0170219777 2014-03-31 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling rig, Patterson 343, has reached a total depth of 14228. The rig is preparing to run 5.5 casing.
0607369562 2017-12-01 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. The well pad name is Smierciak and it consists of 2 wells. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. Pressure monitoring was present on all casing strings. The production equipment consisted of eight 400 barrel tanks within steel line containment and two gas production units. A vapor recovery system consisted of two compressors, one vent scrubber, and two combustors. The pipeline tie in was located on the North side of the pad. Lease road was in good condition with vegetation established alongside the road.
0742242584 2018-11-27 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.375-inch diameter tubing equipped with a plunger lift system. At the time of my inspection annular pressure monitoring was in place, and the 13.375-inch diameter casing had 240 pounds per square inch, the 9.625-inch diameter casing had 580 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Gas Processing Unit, as well as 8- 400-barrel steel production fluid tanks, and 2 combustors that were shared with the other producing wells on the pad. There was secondary containment around the production fluid tanks, and the Gas Processing Units. There was a midstream valve site on the northwest side of the pad. The well pad was contained within an earthen dike, there were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.
0833210713 2016-07-28 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped in a manner consistent with being capable of production. The tank battery consists of eight 400 barrel tanks set in a plastic lined liquid tight steel containment. The tank battery is shared by one other well on the pad. Two vapor recovery compressors and two incinerators are located near the entry of the well pad. Heavy rain is falling at the time of inspection.
1130141162 2014-07-09 Preliminary Restoration No Violations My inspection today finds the well meets the preliminary restoration requirements. The tank battery consists of eight 400 barrel tanks set in a liquid tight containment and is shared by another well on the pad.
1308026010 2017-10-18 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. The well pad name is Smierciak and it consists of 2 wells. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The gauge on the production casing read 280 pounds per square inch and the gauge on the production tubing read 150 pounds per square inch. The production equipment consisted of eight 400 barrel tanks within steel line containment and two gas production units. A vapor recovery system consisted of two compressors, one vent scrubber, and two combustors. The pipeline tie in was located on the North side of the pad. A dust suppressant had been recently applied to the lease road. The identification was located at the wellhead and the production records were current.
1390486182 2014-01-23 Casing String Witnessed No Violations My inspection today finds Express Energy ran 100 of 26 conductor. Express Energy is also cementing the casing in place. 330 sks of Class A cement was circulated into place. A test of the water with a Quantab indicated the water did not contain high levels of chlorides.
1392179984 2014-02-11 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The drilling rig, Patterson 343, ran 385 of 18.625 casing. Allied circulated 744 sks of class A cement into place.
2018606639 2014-02-10 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection finds the bottom hole assembly is being put together. The rig is preparing to drill the surface section of the well.
