0066769038 2017-01-18 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection is a status check on a producing well. The pad name is Warner and there are a total of 7 wells on this pad. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. The production equipment for this well consists of ten 400 barrel tanks within containment, and seven gas processing units. The vapor recovery system consists of two compressors and three Cimarron combustors. The production records are current, the identification is located at the wellhead, and there are no violations present.
0097313257 2014-06-05 Casing String Witnessed No Violations My inspection today finds the rig ran 7251 of 9.625 casing. Halliburton is cementing the casing in place with Extendacem and Halcem.
0208110816 2014-03-29 Casing String Witnessed No Violations My inspection today finds Express Energy drilled 100 of 32 hole. Express ran 100 of 26 casing and cemented it in place with 330 sks of class A cement. I verified the cement weight at 15.6 pounds per gallon. The cement stayed at surface and circulation was maintained through out the job.
0280300823 2014-05-30 Casing String Witnessed No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling rig crew ran 13.375 casing to a depth of 2158. Allied cemented the casing in place by circulating 1826 sks of class A cement into place. I witnessed 60 bbl of cement returns to surface. The casing integrity pressure test passed.
0326386571 2014-07-29 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds Allied Oil and Gas Services just finished the 5.5 casing cement job. Patterson rig 343 ran 18070 of twenty pound 5.5 casing with centralizers placed on every other joint in the lateral section. Allied cemented the casing in place with 1970 sacks of class H cement. The cement report indicated that 70 barrels of a 262 barrel spacer were returned to surface indicating adequate cement coverage.
0422395062 2014-06-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the Patterson Drilling rig 343 has drilled 12.35 hole to a depth of 7252. They will run 9.625 casing to bottom and Halliburton will cement the casing in place.
0588927664 2018-02-02 Production Wells No Violations Status check following a nearby pipeline mechanical issue that is not owned by Antero. The purpose of my inspection today was a status check on a production well. The pad was named Warner and it consisted of 7 wells. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with production valves in the open position. The production equipment consisted of ten 400 barrel tanks, 7 gas production units, one vent scrubber, and 2 combustors. The natural gas pipeline tie in was located on the Northwest side of the pad with no issues present. The identification was located on the wellhead and production records were current.
1307822310 2017-08-10 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection today was a status check on a production well. The pad was named Warner and it consisted of 7 wells. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with production valves in the open position. The production casing had a gauge present reading 404 pounds per square inch and the production tubing had a gauge present reading 216 pounds per square inch. The production equipment consisted of tin 400 barrel tanks, 7 gas production units, and 2 combustors. The natural gas pipeline tie in was located on the Northwest side of the pad. The identification was located on the wellhead.
1334950194 2015-12-07 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is back in production. The site is staffed by a Warrior employee 24 hours a day.
