0000495096 2017-06-06 Production Wells No Violations The pad is named Bond and it consists of 9 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position and a protective cage surrounding the wellhead. Casing pressure valve reads 320 pounds per square inch and tubing pressure gauge reads 230 pounds per square inch. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consisted of nine gas production units, fifteen 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and four combustors. Containment was present on the pad with sound walls surrounding the pad as Antero prepares the location for Hydraulic Fracturing operations on the 5 of wells. Identification was present and production records were current.
0046083267 2015-12-07 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is in production. The wellhead is protected by a heavy gauge steel cage while completion operations are under way. No violations were noted.
0165678899 2016-01-04 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped in a manner consistent with being capable of production. The tank battery is comprised of eight 400 barrel tanks set inside of a plastic line steel containment. There are three other wells in production on the pad. The lease road is well maintained.
0298724563 2017-03-23 Production Wells No Violations The pad is named Bond and it consists of 8 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consisted of eight gas production units, fifteen 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and two combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. Antero was on location working on getting the 4 new wells put in production.
1269881517 2015-04-06 Completion Testing No Violations I am onsite to witness the hydraulic stimulation activities of stage 29. All volumes and pressures will be noted in the stimulation report. Baker Hughes is providing the stimulation services.
1283897085 2015-01-03 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am onsite to witness the surface casing installation and cementing operations. Patterson Drilling Rig 342 drilled 389 of 24 diameter hole. The rig crew then installed 389 of 18.625 J-55 casing with a Texas shoe and a float collar. I performed a test of the cement mix water with a low range Quantab, the test indicated that the total dissolved chlorides were present at a concentration of 91 parts per million. Allied Oil and Gas Services pumped 756 sacks of class A cement with .125 pounds per sack flowseal and 2% CaCl into the casing with 45 barrels of the cement circulating back to surface. I verified the cement weight at 15.8 ppg and 15.6 ppg during the job. The plug was landed and the casing integrity test passed with no bleed off.
1290834775 2018-03-28 Production Wells No Violations At 3:28 p.m. on 3/27/18 Antero Resources Production Supervisor Doug Stubbins called and reported some electrical issues that they were having with their combustor. Mr. Stubbins stated that the electric cable on the combustor burnt up and caused small flame that was extinguished immediately. The pad is named Bond and it consists of 9 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Pressure monitoring was present on all casing strings. The production equipment consisted of nine gas production units, fifteen 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and four combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. Antero well tender was on location.
