1267662668 2017-05-30 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location with Nicks Well Plugging (NWP) to commence plugging operations on this Clinton Sandstone well. NWP moved in, rigged up, dug and lined a circulating pit on the west side of the well, and disassembled the wellhead. The pressure on the 1.5 tubing and 4.5 production casing was blown down in less than one (1) minute. One joint of tubing was run inside the casing and the second joint sat down on fill-up 10 in and was pulled. The bottom of the tubing is spotted at 4324, just below the top of the Red Clinton Sand. An attempt was made to clear the tubing and it was found that the plunger was inside the tubing. NWP attempted to reverse-out the plunger without success and the tubing string would need to be pulled to retrieve the plunger. NWP began pulling the wet tubing string and they should be ready to set the Clinton Sandstone plug tomorrow morning. No violations.
1430201594 2006-04-28 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection. The well, identified as the Gilbert #6, is owned and operated by Harry Gilbert. His address is 3154 Graybill Road, PO.Box 415, Uniontown, Ohio, 44685. His phone number is 330-699-3325. I spoke with Mr. Gilbert and asked him to replace the faded well ID signs and set a secondary containment dike around the tank battery.
1496251187 2017-05-31 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location with Nicks Well Plugging (NWP) to continue with plugging operations on this Clinton Sandstone well. The 1.5 tubing was spotted at 4324 and NWP rigged up to the tubing. They cleared the tubing, broke circulation, and emplaced a 400 plug across and above the Clinton Sand. The tubing was pulled, and the 4.5 production casing was ripped at a depth of 2957. Three (3) joints of 4.5 casing were pulled and a 300 plug was emplaced across the top of the Big Lime. NWP pulled 65 joints of casing and shut down at 3:36pm. The final two (2) plugs will be set tomorrow. No violations. See plugging report for details on this job.
