0589658516 2017-06-08 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location with Moore Well Services to begin plugging this Clinton Sandstone well. Petroset Cementing arrived on location and pumped a 30 sack plug through 1.9 OD tubing to isolate the Clinton Sand. Moore tripped the tubing out of the hole (109 joints and 2 pups) and will set the remaining tree (3) plugs tomorrow (6/9/2017). See plugging report for details on this job. No violations.
1497374332 2017-06-12 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location to check the cement top level after the previous days plugging and abandonment. The fluid in the 8.625 casing was observed to be static and free of any indication of gas migration. Firm cement was located at eight (8) feet down inside the casing. The 8.625 casing was cut off at six (6) feet below grade and a well cap with the required information was attached. No violations identified during this inspection.
1498388305 2017-06-12 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I checked the height of the cement top from the previous days plugging and found it to be 6.5 down from the top of the 8.625 casing collar. The fluid in the casing was static and did not refect any evidence of gas migration. I observed while Moore Well Service cut off the 8.625 casing and through cement at approximately 10 below grade and attached the identifing cap. No violations identified during this inspection.
1499706723 2017-06-09 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location with Moore Well Services (MWS) and Petroset Cementing (PC) to plug and abandon this Clinton Sandstone well. The bottom plug was tagged this morning at a depth of 3690 and does not meet the 200 requirement of cement over the top of the producing formation which is at 3694 (Stray Clinton). The well was produced from the Red Clinton with a top perforation at 3740 and there is only 50 of cement over this perforation. I required MWS & PC to emplace 200 of cement on top of the bottom plug prior to continuing with any other plugging operations. The 4.5 production casing was ripped at a depth of 2355 and MWS pulled up five (5) feet. PC rigged up, broke circulation, and set a 300 plug at the top of the Big Lime. One (1) joint was pulled and a casing collar knocked the 8.625 surface casing wellhead off the threads. The wellhead was repaired and MWS pulled out of the cement (10 joints). See plugging report for more details on this job. No violations.
