0964550527 2018-04-19 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The Swain # 1 was operated as a 4.5 casing plunger lift ( ConCoyle) well. The wellhead was surrounded with a locked chain link fence. Legible signage was posted. The tank battery consisted of two (2) 100 barrel stock tanks, three (3) 50 barrel brine tanks and three (3) vertical separators. One of the 100 barrel stock tanks and one of the 50 barrel brine tanks were seeping along the bottom weld seam. I met Jeff Moore on location and discussed the situation. Mr. Moore said, that he will remove the offending tanks and remove any unnecessary equipment and condense the tank battery. The offending tanks were already emptied. The tank battery was originally designed for three wells and there is unused equipment on location which needs removed.
