0029538163 2017-08-31 Temporary Abandoned Annular Disposal No Violations My inspection found that the Midwest Power / Styles # 1 did not employ annular disposal. The was not any connection with the 8.625 annulus. The well was operated as a plunger lift well. The tank battery consisted of one (1) 210 barrel stock tank, one (1) buried concrete brine vault and 2408 horizontal separator. The well head and tank battery was surrounded with chain link fence. The tank battery was properly identified.
1495589150 2016-02-19 Production Wells No Violations The Styles #1 well was completed in 10/1983. The construction was 523 of 8.625 surface casing, 3848 of 4.5 production casing and 1.5 tubing. A review of RBDMS indicated that the well is current in the reporting of production volumes. The access road is graveled and afforded adqueate access to the tank battery. The tank battery was fenced, locked and surrounded by an earthen dike. The tank battery was comprised of one (1) 210 barrel oil tank, one (1) in ground concrete brine vault, one (1) 2408 mechanical separator and a rotary gas meter. The load lines were plugged with flat plug. The tank battery was leak free at the time of my inspection. The well was located in an open field without an access road and was operated as a plunger lift. The well head was fenced and locked. The well head was leak free at the time of my inspection. No violation were identified during my inspection.
