0000PL4618 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
0051082174 2018-08-15 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The well was configured to operate as an electric pumping well. Well construction, as visualized at the surface, was 4.5 production casing with 2.375 tubing and sucker rods. The well was surrounded with a locked chain link fence. A domestic tie was connected to the 4.5 production casing. The stuffing box was leaking gas past the rubbers. I spoke with John Corp ( Operations, 888.748.0763 ) about the stuffing box and he replied, that he was texting the well tender presently and have the situation remedied. The tank battery was surrounded with a lock chain link fence and an earthen dike. One (1) 210 barrel stock tank, one (1) 50 barrel steel brine tank, two vertical separators and one (1) rotary gas meters. The three (3) oil load line was plugged. I. D. signage was on the tank and fence. I also asked Mr. Corp to have the well tender retrace the information on the signage to increase the visibility. No leaks were found at the tank battery. I will re-inspect to check the wellhead leak.
