1488832636 2017-03-06 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was requested to review an exposed casing in order to confirm if this was the remnant casing stump from the G. Rooney # 1. Matt Hammer ( Hull and Associates, 330.414.6666 ) requested that I either confirm or deny that this was the location of the P&Ad well. The area is being proposed for development and the Developer would like to incorporate a vault and venting system into the pre-construction plans. A Magnetic Gradient Contour Diagram was formulated for the property and several areas of interest were identified. One of the areas of interest was excavated and revealed a casing stump that was approximately 8.625 in diameter and five (5) feet deep. The Well Completion record, for the G. Rooney # 1, indicated that the surface casing consisted of 488 of 8.625 casing. There was not an identifying well cap attached to the casing stump. There was also some pieces of plastic pit liner in the excavation. I did not see any evidence of surface cement in the excavated hole. Since the area had previously undergone oil and gas developmentment in the Oriskany Sandstone with many locations uncharted, I suggested, that the other Bulls Eye denoted be investigated and determine the source of the anomoly, to Mr. Hammer.
