11505 PL No Violations
1249378128 2018-11-29 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The access road was graveled to the tank battery and wellhead. The tank battery was fenced and diked. The fence was lock and legible signage was posted. The 210 barrel stock tank had considerable corrosion on the northwest side. I spoke with George Strawn ( Everflow Eastern ) to arrange a meeting to review the tank. There was a 50 barrel brine tank and a horizontal separator. The load lines were plugged and locked. The gas measurement chart reflected the current gas production period. The wellhead was surrounded with a locked chain link fence and had legible I. D. signage posted. The well was configured to operate as a plunger lift well.
1486699310 2018-12-11 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The leaking 210 barrel stock tank was removed by Sutton Pump and Supply and replaced with a 100 barrel stock tank. A three (3) bed of ground rubber was placed down prior to the setting of the tank. The contaminated stone was shoveled into a bag and removed. The tank battery, fence and dike were rebuilt and the well was placed back into production. No further enforcement action required.
1531793116 2018-12-06 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Sutton Pump & Supply was on location to steam and remove the 210 barrel stock tank which had developed holes on the northwest side at the 12 level. Approximately 15 barrel of rust, oil & BSW was removed from the tank.
