1489567509 2014-02-03 Final Restoration No Violations I inspected this location in order to insure that compliance has been met for Final Restoration designation has been met. Upon my inspection I observed that all equipment associated with oil and gas production had been removed.I did not find any evidence of the wellhead, tank battery, sales or flowlines. Land grade has been re-established to as near as possible original contours. Present land use is agricultural. Old leaseroads are being used as farm lanes. My inspection indicated that all criteria for Final Restoration have bee met.
