1820054244 2011-07-13 Urban Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Preliminary restoration is due soon and work still needs to be done to satisfy the restoration requirements. I talked to Ted Hill and Ben Funderberg about finishing the work as soon as possible. They both agreed that the work needs to be done and will be done.
1906505944 2011-04-25 Urban Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Wildcat Drilling equipment is still on site. Pit solidification has been postponed until April 28. The pits have been pumped down and have sufficient freeboard. No violations at this time.
2092036575 2015-03-18 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected the Matta #1 well on 3/18/2015. The well is operated as a plunger lift well with 1.5 tubing inside of 4.5 production casing. The tubing pressure was 340 psi. with the 4.5 casing being 400 psi.. There are three (3) domestic house taps connected to the well. The well head was leak free. The well head is fenced with plank on plank fencing and was secured with a lock. The required signage was on the well fencing. The tank battery consists of a 140 barrel oil tank, 25 barrel poly brine, a 2408 horizontal mechanical separator and a DOM/EOG meter station. The load lines were locked and secure with flat plugs. I spoke with Ted Hill ( OVE ) to have a small amount of oil residue removed. All other fittings and equipment was free of leaks. The tank battery is surounded by an earthen dike and is fenced with plank on plank fencing. All locks were in place and working. The required I.D. signage was in place and legible. No violations were identified during this inspection.
