0170895460 2012-02-15 Urban Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Poulson Drilling is moving off location. The pits are being pumped down by Pander Trucking.
0854891973 2016-02-02 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The Abington Properties # 1 well was completed on 5/16/2013. A review of the RBDMS data base indicates that the Operator was current in the reporting of the production data. The access is paved and was located behind the commercial buildings located at 869 Waterloo Road, Akron, Ohio, 44314. The well was operated as an electrified pumping well. Well construction was 8.625 surface casing, 4.5 production casing, 2.375 EUE tubing with sucker rods. The well is secured with a privacy chain link fence. The gate was locked. The required signage was in place and legible. The electric power box was locked. The 2.375 tubing had 300 psi on the gauge and the 8.625 casings gauge registered 100 psi. The allowable for the setting depth of the 8.625 is 139 psi. The wellhead is of conventional pumping well construction with stuffing box, back pressure valves ( on tubing and 4.5 casing ) and a manifold to monitor the 8.625 annular pressure. All wellhead construction was found to be free of leaks. Due to a recent workover there were two (2) oil soaked diapers and the wellhead required to be wipe down. I spoke with Ralph Gregory ( Bass Energy ) and requested that the wellhead be wiped clean, remove the diapers and an unused 2.375 mud anchor. The tank battery was secured with a privacy chain link fence with a locked gate. The required signage was current and legible. An earthen dike surrounds the tank battery. A dike drain, which had a closed valve and flat plugs, was present in the dike. The equipment located in the tank battery included two (2) 210 barrel oil tanks, one (1) steel 50 barrel brine tank, one (1) 2410 mechanical separator and one (1) DOM/EOG gas measurement station. The load lines were locked and had tight flat plugs screwed in. The required pressure hatches ( closed ), lightening arrestors and charcoal filter were in place. I did not identify any leaks or contamination during this inspection. No violations at this time.
1326771211 2012-01-11 Urban Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On site to excavate test holes in order to determine the depth to ground water. Holes were dug to the water table east, north and northeast of the well stake. The test area encountered peat under several feet of fill material. Water was encountered approximately four feet below ground level. The decision was made to excavate the pits to four feet and to place a berm two feet high around the pits with the liner extending across and over the berm.
1328535246 2012-02-02 Urban Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Bass Energy has had the location cleared and has started building the location. Stone is being hauled in to build the drilling pad for Poulson Drilling. The required identification is posted at the entrance. No violations at this time.
1329149543 2012-02-10 Urban Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Conductor casing was cemented 2/8 and surface casing on 2/9. Poulson is drilling ahead at 1380 on this date. The pits are fenced, lined and in good condition. No violations at this time.
1333655647 2012-03-21 Urban Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Berry Well Service is on site to swab the well after frac and prior to running tubing and rods if necessary. Flowback is directed to a frac tank. No violations at this time.
1917623222 2012-07-16 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration is approved.
