-1573648167 2018-6-26 0:00: PL No Violations
1573648167 2018-06-26 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Access was gained on a gated gravel road to the wellhead and tank battery. The well was operated as a plunger lift well. The well was surrounded with a locked chain link fence with legible signage posted. The 8.625 annulus was monitored with a gauge and had a pop off valve. The tank battery was surrounded with a locked chain link fence and an earthen dike. Legible I.D. signage was posted. The tank battery was comprised of one (1) 140 barrel stock tank, one (1) 35 barrel poly brine tank, one (1) 2408 horizontal separator and one (1) Dominion / EOG meter station. The load lines were plugged and locked. The stock tank had a carbon filter, lightning arrestor, pressure relief valve and sealing hatch. I did not find any leaks at the wellhead or in the tank battery. The previously disturbed areas were stable and vegetated. Landscape stock was in place and growing. Preliminary restoration was passed.
