I observed approximately 11 Bbls of cement returns to the half round. Displacement pressure was 178 psi. Water temp. was 42 degrees and pH was 7. No violations were identied at this inspection. |

Universal Well Services cemented with 830 sacks of Type 1 w/ 5lbs per sack Gilsonite, 3% NaCl , 1/4% ( Vol. ) foamcheck. Mix water was saturated Brine ( 10.1 ). I observed 35 barrels of cement circulated to the steel pits. No violations were identified . |

Baker Hughes was providing the logging services and Hilco Treating Services was providing the pressure testing services. Hilco top off the 7 casing with Brine then tied into the casing ( through a 2 port ) to catch any fluid displaced by the logging tools and wireline. Permit Construction Conditions required a pressure test to a minimum of 525 psi held for a 15 minute duration. Hilco pressured up on the 7 casing to 600 psi and isolated the 7 casing from the pump truck. Air was bled out of the system repeatedly and @1349 hrs. Hilco pressured up to 600 psi to start the test.. At 1354 hrs. -600 psi. , @ 1359 hrs. - 593 psi. , @ 1404 hrs. - 590 psi. , test ended @ 1408 hrs. with a final pressure reading of 590 psi. A 10 psi drop is within the 5 % allowable ( 30 psi ) limits. Test passed |
