Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0769332081 2015-02-11 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location for a follow-up inspection. During my inspection, I found all of the impacted soil, weeds and snow removed from both inside and outside the dike. There was a sealed waste container on location. I called Larry Lower of Enervest. Mr. Lower stated all of the impacted soil and weeds were placed into the container. Also, Mr. Lower stated new gravel and production tank should be in place by 2/16/2015. Follow-up inspections will continue.
0957708080 2015-02-10 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I responded to a call from Larry Lower, field supervisor for Enervest, about an oil spill. Upon my arrival, I found Mr. Lower and four (4) Enervest employees cleaning up the oil spill with a water truck and bobcat backhoe. I noticed the majority of the oil was contained within the dike; however, a small amount of oil spilled over the west wall of the dike extending out approximately 14. All of the oil outside the dike had been absorbed by snow. Mr. Lower estimated 45 to 47 barrels of oil and brine escaped the production tank. Mr. Lower stated:

Follow-up inspections would continue until the clean-up is complete.

1197099471 2012-11-16 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery had a dike and contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank with an identification sign and one, 30 barrel brine storage tank. The separator was outside the diked tank battery. The lease road was in good working condition. There are no violations at this time.
1419524497 2014-08-06 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location for a status check. I found during my inspection the well in production with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 30 barrel brine tank and a separator. A dike surrounded the tanks. The proper identification sign was posted. A plug was installed on the load line. The lease road was in good condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
