-door is completely weathered. An identification sign is posted at the tank battery and an identification tag is hanging on the well. There is oil stained soil with saturated peat sorb around and between the two storage tanks. The chain link fence with slats around the tank battery is secure with a chain and lock. The west side of the fencing is leaning inward towards the storage tanks. The sales line exiting the separator has a closed valve. The access road is in good repair. I spoke with Dave Rice, field supervisor for Bobcat. Mr. Rice stated Bobcat is making repairs to the well and plans to remove the storage tank on the north end of the tank battery. Also, Mr. Rice stated the oil stained soil will be removed and the dike will be repaired.

Bobcat needs to: Remove all of the oil stained soil and saturated peat sorb around and between the storage tanks. Repair and/or build the dike wall in front of the man-door at the tank battery.

The equipment on the site consists of the following:

A follow-up inspection will be conducted by October 31, 2016.

0939310355 2017-08-24 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I found the second 100 bbl. storage tank removed from the tank battery. Complete Energy Service, Inc. (CES) has removed all of the impacted soil and gravel down to clean soil from the tank battery. Approximately 35,000 tons of impacted material has been hauled away by Integra Excavating & Contracting to Limestone Landfill.

1356096328 2012-12-21 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I completed an urban well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was surrounded by a chain link fence with slats. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence with slats, the proper dike, and contained two, 100 barrel oil/brine storage tanks, and a separator with a 7 day production chart. The lease road was in stable, working condition. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. This urban well reached total depth in 1995.

--door for the fence surrounding the tank battery.

1503663816 2017-08-25 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I found clean clay soil in place inside of the diked tank battery. The entire dike around the tank battery has been rebuilt. The west wall of the chain link fence has been straightened. The production equipment still needs re-plumbed and new locks need installed on the fences at the tank battery and well.
1685921434 2017-08-23 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I received a call from Dave Rice from Bobcat Well and Pipeline. Mr. Rice stated the he was removing a leaking 100 bbl. storage tank and found oil and brine impacted soil and gravel. I found Complete Energy Service, Inc. (CES) contracted by Bobcat and Mr. Rice on location. The leaking 100 bbl. storage tank had been removed from the diked tank battery. I observed a small hole at the base of the storage tank. There is still another 100 bbl. storage tank in the diked tank battery. Upon further inspection, I found oil and brine mixed into the soil and gravel under and around the two (2) storage tanks. A sump pit was dug at the north end of the tank battery by CES which contained approximately five (5) gallons of brine with a thin layer of oil. All of the impacted soil and gravel is contained within the diked tank battery. Bobcat contracted a water truck from Jay Hawk to remove the brine and oil from the sump pit and Integra Excavating & Contracting has been contracted to haul the impacted material to the Limestone Landfill.

Mr. Rice stated: The other 100 bbl. storage tank will be pressure washed and removed. All of the impacted soil and gravel will be removed down to clean soil and replaced with clean clay soil. A 100 bbl. storage tank will be placed back into the tank battery and the chain link fence on the west side will be repaired.
