1423065926 | 2015-02-04 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the date of inspection I am on site to ensure that Enervest had replaced the flat plug on the side of the 100bbl tank. A new plug has been installed. |
1750634482 | 2019-05-06 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
