Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0046339789 2015-05-05 Production Wells No Violations On the date of inspection I found the well to be equipped with a gas plunger lift system, 1.5 inch tubing, and 4.5 inch casing. The valve on the tubing is closed and one casing valve is open to both domestic gas and a sales line. Production equipment consists of a 100bbl tank and a mechanical separator. Production records are current through 2013.
1497405832 2018-06-13 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valve was open on the tubing and on the casing. Production equipment included two steel 100 barrel tanks, two vertical separators, and two chart recorders with 2 by .250 inch orifice plates within an earthen dike. The production equipment was being shared with another well. Domestic gas was being provided off both separators. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
