Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2108981231 2018-05-10 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped 4.5 inch diameter casing. Both valves were closed on the casing. The well was shut in at the time of the inspection. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and a chart recorder with an .250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. A concrete vault was present inside dike but was not in use. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
