1414682279 | 2014-10-30 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found a well with a plunger lift system operating a 4 X 2 wellhead in a fenced in area. The tanks battery is made up of two 210 bbl tanks, two horizontal separators, all in an earthen dike. The tanks are shared with two wells. The tanks are properly identified, and are in a fenced in area. The are is presently under construction of a new building that is approximately 80 feet. The request for inspection came from Roger Clark with the State Fire Marshals Office. He has concerns with the amount of truck traffic, that some type of barrier needs to be in place around the well. The well is approximately 20 feet from the edge of the drive. I have referred him to Red Hill Development as to what might be needed. |
1527855424 | 2018-06-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. A 200 gallon steel tank not being used is sitting by well. The valves on the tubing and casing were open. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and chart recorder within an earthen dike. Another wells production equipment shared the same earthen dike area. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
