0692798611 2015-05-01 Production Wells No Violations On the date of inspection I found production equipment to include a 100bbl tank, a 50bbl brine tank, and a horizontal separator within an earthen dike. The well is equipped with a gas plunger lift system, 1.5 inch tubing, 4.5 inch casing, and 8.625 inch casing. The tubing valve is in open position and one casing valve is open to a domestic line. Identification is present and production records are current through 2013.
1456630285 2018-06-26 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves were open on the tubing and on the casing. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a steel 50 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by 1 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
