Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-740813355 2019-1-8 0:00:0 PW No Violations 0.40
0740813355 2019-01-08 Production Wells No Violations Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods, and a pumping unit ran with an electric motor. The valves were open on the tubing and on the casing. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch casing. The production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a plastic 50 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
