1506832884 2014-02-07 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was capable of production and equipped with a 210bbl tank, a 50bbl brine tank, vertical separator, sales meter with a .375inch orifice, 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods, domestic gas hookup, a pumping unit with the electric service, valves were open at the wellhead. Production records were up to date and identification in place. Site passed preliminary restoration according to 1509.072A.
1546962340 2019-01-08 Production Wells No Violations Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods, and a pumping unit ran with an electric motor. The valves were open on the tubing and on the casing. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch casing. The production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a plastic 50 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .375 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. A chain link fence surrounded the production equipment and the well. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
