1892248 Primary Facility 2010-06-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On June 4th, 2010, I visited this site as a routine inspection. The well was in production. Drilling was completed 09/05/1996. A well tag was present. The access road was in good condition and the site was well vegetated. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of inspection.
2071072 Primary Facility 2012-05-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted John Ley Water Quality Specialist and John Carson Water Quality Specialist were on site to investigate a request for an OG57 waiver for well #10. While on site we inspected well #9. Waste in the form of oil or grease was on the ground in ~6 foot circle surrounding the well head and also two smaller patches ~10 feet from the well head. Dean Walters from Penneco was contacted and he said someone would be contacted immediately to take care of the fence and clean up the waste on the ground.
