There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and ater each runoff event until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.

A Site ID and E&S plan were posted on site. E&S controls were constructed according to the plan. The section of silt fence that was down had been replaced. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and ater each runoff event until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.
