Drilling was taking place at the time of the inspection. A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted at the site. The access road was in good condition. All E&S controls were in place and constructed according to the plan at site. Hay filter sock had been placed in behind the silt fence as an alternative to hay bales. A rip in the upper portion of the pit liner occurred the day earlier. The pit was drained and relined. No material escaped the drilling pit. The pit appears to be in good condition but its filling quickly. Water trucks were arriving on site at the time of inspection to begin hauling water away.

No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed during the inspection.

The well was drilled and equipped for production. The associated well apparatus located onsite appeared to be in sound working condition. There were no erosion or sedimentation issues. The area around the pad was restored and meets the 70% uniform vegetative coverage.
