1958640 Primary Facility 2011-02-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On February 17th, 2011 I visited this site as a routine inspection. Drilling and frac were completed. The access road was beginning to need maintenance, but the public roadway was remaining clean. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted on site. E&S controls were constructed according to the plan. The pit was closed. The site was rough graded. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and after each runoff event until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.
