2751707 | Primary Facility | 2018-07-13 | Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) | No Violations Noted | The Plugging Rig reached an attainable TD of 3321', loaded the hole with water and bond logged the 3" casing. They then ran 99 joints of pipe to 3291' and pumped 9 sacks of cement up to 3100', pulled the tubing, and shut down to wait on cement overnight. The TOC was 3000'. They ran in the hole and shot the 3" off at 2808', pulled on it with 28,000 pounds, the 3" parted and they tripped 57 joints of 3" out of the hole. They then tripped back in with an overshot twice trying to get back on to the 3" with no luck. The crew has a grapple on the way to this site to attempt to get back hold of the 3" and if they can they are going to run a wireline inside the 3". All equipment on site looked ok. |
