Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2714218 Primary Facility 2018-04-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well is plugged and the marker with the well API number is properly in place and legible. I inserted a Gas Trac gas sniffer probe 7' above ground level up into the tee vent to check for the presence of any gas. There was no gas coming from the well vent and no gas was present at ground level around the well casing. The ground cover looked normal with no distressed vegetation. This well was inspected as a part of a stray gas migration issue investigation in this area.
