There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. It was noted that the well was located amidst a cut hay field.
2836763 Primary Facility 2019-02-04 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was shut in. The well integrity appeared to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks. Annulus was closed as well. Well was equipped with a line heater and separator. There was also a Barton chart and 50 bbl tank. Well was properly labeled. Production was reported in 2017 as 2219 mcf for 365 days.
