Operator representative AJ Smith (Production Foreman) contacted the Department by phone. Per Mr. Smith: There is oil on the brine tank, but the source is unknown; it might possibly be from an outside source. The stained gravel will be excavated and disposed of properly. The oil did not travel underneath the tank and was a very minimal amount that reached the gravel. The site will be monitored to in order to prevent a similar occurrence from occurring.

2674092 Primary Facility 2017-12-21 Administrative/File Review In Compliance with Policy Admin inspection conducted in response to inspection record 2673144.

Operator representative AJ Smith (Production Foreman) contacted the Department by phone. Mr. Smith notified the Department that the tank was cleaned off and the stained gravel removed and disposed of properly. The gravel was only stained on the surface; the oil did not saturate into the ground.

2837852 Primary Facility 2019-02-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 2/8/19 at 1410 hrs., I conducted a routine inspection of Alliance Petroleum, Corp.'s Stonis 2 well (API 005-28954) in Rayburn Twp., Armstrong Co. The well pad is restored and permanently stabilized. The well is properly labeled and equipped for production. A well tag is affixed to the well head. There are no violations noted for this inspection.
