Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1583366 Primary Facility 2006-11-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted WELL STAKED SITE NOT MADE/WAIVER OK
2013265 Primary Facility 2011-10-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was originally completed, production equipment had been disconnected at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. E&S plan as it is compiled should effectively minimize accelerated erosion and sedimentation provided the plan is implemented and maintained properly. It was noted that when the well was originally drilled that the drill cuttings had been encapuslated. The plan to drill the well deeper offsets the drill pit away from the encapsulated drill cuttings. The operator should take care to insure that while excavating for the new drill pit that the encapsulated liner and cuttings are not impacted.
2080341 Primary Facility 2012-07-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was ongoing at the time of the inspection. Drill pit located onsite. Pit appeared to be constructed soundly and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. It was noted that the E&S plan located onsite was not in agreement with the plan as approved in October of 2011. Met onsite with BLX representatives and the correct plan drawing will be onsite by the end of 07/02/12. It was noted that the approved plan showed silt sox as the perimeter BMP. Silt fencing had been installed and all disturbed area had been mulched for temporary stabilization. At this time due to current weather conditions and the small size of the disturbed area the silt fencing will be sufficient to minimize accelerated erosion and sedimentation. WQS Higgins recommended that the operator monitor the silt fencing and if neccesary replace with silt sox.
2093045 Primary Facility 2012-08-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Drill pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. The site had been properly temporarily stabilized and there was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access area. The operator should continue to monitor the erosion controls until well development activities are completed.
2108000 Primary Facility 2012-10-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and they appeared to be in sound condition. The site had been regraded, seeded and mulched, and it was noted that vegetation had begun to take hold. The operator should continue to monitor the site to insure that 70% uniform vegetative cover is achieved.
