1770106 | Primary Facility | 2009-02-11 | Compliance Evaluation | Outstanding Violations - No Viols Req'd | Well was spudded on 10/26/07. Well appeared to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. The site had been backfilled and regraded. Found the following issues during the inspection: 1) Noted that the culvert outlets had only temporary BMP's in place (i.e. hay bales). The operator should implement final erosion control meausres for these outlets as soon as the weather permits. 2) The culvert inlet located adjacent to the well pad should be protcted from sediment generated onsite until the final restoration is completed. 3) The cut in the hill for the access road needs to be stabilized with either vegetation or some other BMP. A sprayed on seed and mulch mixture with a tackifier to insure adhesion to the cut would be an effective way to address this issue. |
1776305 | Primary Facility | 2009-03-13 | Routine/Complete Inspection | Outstanding Violations - No Viols Req'd | Well appeared to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. The site had been backfilled and regraded. Found the following issues during the inspection: 1) Noted that the culvert outlets had only temporary BMP's (i.e. hay bales). The operator should implement final erosion control meausres for these outlets as soon as the weather permits. 2) The culvert inlets associated with the access road and well pad should have erosion control measures implemented to minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation |
2155356 | Primary Facility | 2013-04-10 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Well appeared to be equipped for production at the time of the inspection.
