Brine tanks located onsite and they appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been regraded, and the vegetation had begun to grow. There were sever areas noted where it appeared seepage that had a sheen attributable to iron bacteria was preventing vegetation from beginning to grow. Spoke with operator representative Randy Morris via phone while onsite and he stated that he will evaluate these areas and take whatever action to alleviate the problem and allow the vegetation to begin to take hold.

The well apparatus and brine tanks located onsite appear to be in sound working condition. The site had recently been seeded and mulch but does not meet the minimum vegetative standard at the time of inspection. The Department recommends that the Operator continue to monitor the site to ensure 70% uniform vegetative coverage criteria is met. No accelerated erosion and sedimentation observed is relation to the well pad area or the access road.
