Since that time the operator had obtained a permit to drill deeper, and had prepared the site to do so, and the operator had implemented the neccsary erosion control BMP's onsite. Additional rock may be be required on the access road to insure that it remains stable throughout the duration of the additonal drilling and well stimulation activity.

Frac pit was in the process of being filled and the site was being prepped to stimulate the well. Below grade pit located onsite, and it had more than the required two-feet of freeboard. Spoke onsite with the E&S crew who were in the process of seeding and mulching the exposed areas of the site which would not be disturbed again until final site restoration. The E&S crew also stated that after the frac pit is filled the access road will be regraded, all access road BMP's will be addressed and repaired if needed, and the road will be rerocked. These actions will address the areas of concern for the site.

Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation with respect to the access road or well-site. Operator should continue to monitor erosion controls until final restoration activities have been completed.

The operator should monitor the site to insure that that the vegetative cover attains the 70% uniform permanent coverage. In addition it was observed that the access road required routine maintanence and the well pad required permanent stabilization with clean durable rock.
