1815226 Primary Facility 2009-07-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Site was constructed, drilling had not commenced at the time of the inspection. Noted that the erosion controls had been implemented properly as outlined in the E&S plan, and the filter fabric fence had been installed properly. The Department recommends that the operator implement additional rock to stabilize the road during drilling and well development activities. In addition the below grade pit constructed onsite requires further removal of rock and bedding before it should be lined and used during drilling activities.
1833043 Primary Facility 2009-10-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed at the time of the inspection. Well appeared to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank loacted onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Site had not been regraded. At this time the Department recommends that the operator either regrade, seed with perrenial vegetation and a winter cover seed and mulch the site as soon as possible, or insure the erosion control BMP's in place will temporarily stabilize the site until final restoration activities can be completed in the spring.
1878460 Primary Facility 2010-04-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed at the time of the inspection. Well appeared to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank loacted onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been regraded, seeded, and mulched. Noted that the vegetation had begun to grow. The operator should monitor the site to insure that the vegetative cover meets the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
2577649 Primary Facility 2017-03-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road.
