Relayed concern of the steep slopes and exposed cut areas to the operator. Recommended that the site be reclaimed as soon as all well development activities are completed to minimize the amount of time the open area is left exposed.
1849997 Primary Facility 2009-12-15 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 07/16/08. Well appeared to be equipped for production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Noted minor erosion on the access road that can be addressed through routine road maintenance. Noted an area coming off the well pad where it appeared that runoff had begun to concentrate. This area had less vegetation than the remainder of the well-site. The operator should continue to monitor this area to insure that it does not develop into a more significant erosion issue.
