1804673 Primary Facility 2009-06-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 08/20/08. Well was not equipped for production at the time of the inspection. Below grade pit was located onsite and had more than the two feet of required freeboard. The Department recommends that the operator empty the pit of the fluids and close the pit out as soon as possible. Observed that the filter fabric & hay bale BMP should be restablished to insure that it remains functional until final restoration activiites are completed.
