The operator should continue to monitor the site and erosion controls until well development and final restoration activities are completed.

The well pad is restored and permanently stabilized. The well is equipped for production. A site ID sign is present at the entrance to the well pad. A well tag is affixed to the well head. There are no violations noted for this inspection.
