The operator should continue to monitor the site during drilling and during well stimulation to insure that all erosion control measures continue to function properly until final restoration activities are completed.

No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed with respect to the access road or well-site. The operator should continue to monitor the site and erosion controls until well development and final restoration activities are completed.

The well pad is restored and permanently stabilized. The well is equipped for production. A site ID sign is present at the entrance to the well pad. A well tag is affixed to the well head. There are no violations noted for this inspection.
