2414765 Primary Facility 2015-10-09 Routine/Complete Inspection Pending Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and they appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. There was no well tag observed on any of the well apparatus located onsite. At this time the Department is requesting that the operator submit documentation no later than 10/20/15 that a well tag has been attached the well apparatus.
2491299 Primary Facility 2016-06-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well tagged-in production. Annulus was shut. Well head casing-pumpjack-3 grounded 1000 gallon plastic tanks looked ok. Contacted operator to inform him that two of these tanks were nearly clear full and could use emptying. Also suggested that operator consider constructing a dike around these tanks which hold produced oil.
2794552 Primary Facility 2018-10-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well is tagged and temporarily shut in. The annulus is shut. The well head casing, piping, pump jack, equipment and three 2100 gallon plastic fluid collection tanks look ok.
