Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1793283 Primary Facility 2009-04-16 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted drilling - awaiting surface casing cement/ID&pit ok/E&S ok
1794447 Primary Facility 2009-04-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well does not seem to be in production at the time of the inspection. The filter fabric fence is preventing any accelerated erosion and sedimentation. The erosion and sedimentation controls should be maintained (filter fabric fence) to avoid to much deposition of sediment against the fence. The operator should also monitor the access road and well site for erosion sedimentation until final restoration activities are complete. Accompanied Greg Higgins for training.

Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. It was noted that the well was located adjacent to what had been a cultivated corn field.
2773046 Primary Facility 2018-09-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well is tagged and in production. The annulus is open. The well head casing, piping, equipment and 50 bbl fiberglass fluid collection tank look ok.
