Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1805195 Primary Facility 2009-06-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. No accelerated erosion and sedimentation was observed in relation to the well-pad. Noted that the runoff from the site appeared to concetrating to one area below the pad, and was depositing the sediment there. If the sediment deposit is not removed, eventually the filter fabric fence will no longer function properly in allowing the runoff to build up, slow down and drop the sediment out before leaving the site. At this time the Department recommends that the operator maintain the filter fabric fence BMP to insure that it continues to function properly.
1833044 Primary Facility 2009-10-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Well-site had been regraded, seeded and mulched. The vegetation had begun to grow. The operator should observe the site to insure that the vegetative cover achieves the 70% uniform coverage criteria. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site.
1878461 Primary Facility 2010-04-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Vegetation had begun to grow, however it did not as of yet meet the 70% uniform coverage criteria. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site.
2149820 Primary Facility 2013-03-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition.
