Rig located onsite, drilling was not ongoing due to the fact the drill crew was waiting for cement to dry. Below grade pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of freeboard. E&S controls implemented as outlined in the E&S plan. Provided the controls are maintained properly they should minimize erosion & sedimentation. The Department recommends that upon drilling completion the operator endeavor to restore the site as soon as possible.
1901265 Primary Facility 2010-07-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Both above and below grade pits located onsite and the pits had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site.

Observed no accelerated erosion or sedimentation related to the access road or the remainder of the well pad.
